Lumovex documents your approved likeness and permissions, monitors for potential misuse within the scope of the service, and gives you a structured way to review findings and decide what to do about them.

Registration documents your approved likeness profile and your usage terms. It does not replace legal advice, and it does not automatically create rights that do not already exist under applicable law.

Your rights may also depend on your contracts, publicity rights, privacy law, intellectual property law, and the jurisdiction involved. What registration gives you is a clear, dated, approved record of what you allow, which is the thing that is usually missing when a dispute starts.

Only the uses you approve are licensed through Lumovex. You define permitted uses, boundaries, approval requirements, and the compensation terms that apply.

Access follows the term defined in the agreement. Licensed material and endpoints re-check the license, so when the term ends, the access ends rather than quietly continuing.

Protection Watch is the monitoring service included with qualifying packages, for a defined initial term of 12 months, renewable after that.

Lumovex looks for potential unauthorized uses of your face and voice, checks each finding against your official profile and the licenses you have actually granted so an approved use is not reported back to you as a problem, and has a specialist review anything unclear before it reaches you. Nothing is automatically reported, removed, or escalated without your authorization, subject to the service agreement.

Capture material is stored encrypted, access is limited to the people and systems that need it to deliver your package, and consent is recorded before capture begins. You can request withdrawal and deletion from inside your account at any time. Some material may be retained where an active license or a legal obligation requires it, and deletion does not by itself cancel a license somebody has already agreed and paid for. The Privacy Policy sets out the timing and the exceptions.

No. Lumovex is relevant to actors, creators, musicians, athletes, executives, influencers, and anyone whose face, voice, reputation or identity carries professional or commercial value. If somebody would benefit from pretending to be you, this applies to you.

You set the terms and the fee when you approve a license. Approved usage is tracked against that license, and compensation is handled through the licensing workflow in your account. Lumovex gives you the pathway and the record. It does not promise that a license will be requested, or guarantee an amount.

Studio capture takes place in studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. Travel and any external vendor costs are scope dependent and separate unless contracted. Output formats and production compatibility are defined in your Studio agreement.
